When you recieve your gallery or your wedding album from River Xavier Photography I want you to imagine the impact of turning the pages and seeing a truly amazing moment that shows the impact of you on your wedding day!
It was a pleasure to join Jill and Paul's wedding day and photograph their incredible wedding day. The background story was incredible and so were the two people involved. Talk about Romeo met Juliet or when Harry met Sally. This was a classic love story. Boy meets girl. Boy leaves girl. Many years later, they meet again and realise they had loved eachother the whole time. The couple who were drawn together and meant to be together.

Is documentary photography right for your wedding day?

As a documentary wedding photographer I always look for key moments, or candid opportunities. These make up part of the wedding day story. These moments are the glue that hold the the story together. When photographing a wedding day I spend a large part of the day spitting the procedures into mini-stories. This helps to shape the galleries and each mini-story connects into a larger one. Whilst carrying out a mini-story I also look for candid moments that will enhance the story. This photo is a perfect example of being aware of what may arise in a given situation. The perfect result! Mum gasps as she shes her beautiful daughter walking down the asile. It was a very emotional time for mum and this captures it wholly.
